TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ART. 1 APPLICABLE NORMS: The Services are organized by City Tours Co, Ltd. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, including the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, which implement the EU directive 2015/2302, as well as other relevant UK laws and regulations concerning travel and tourism.
ART. 2 SUBJECT MATTER: These Terms and Conditions shall govern the use of the Services and Programs offered and provided on this Website.
ART. 3 PRICING: Each offer on this Website includes the price of the corresponding Service and/or Package. Where explicitly stated, rates include the costs of transport, guides, entrance tickets, taxes, and everything listed in the offer’s description. Rates do not include personal extras and any items not mentioned in the program. City Tours Co, Ltd retains the right to change the rates and/or the programs of its tours at any time.
ART. 4 INSURANCE: City Tours Co, Ltd holds a Public and Products Liability insurance policy underwritten by AXA XL Insurance Company UK Limited (Policy No. TULTOL02703224), providing coverage for up to £2,000,000 per event, with specific sections covering Employers Liability, Legal Defence Costs, Professional Indemnity, and other related risks as specified in the policy documentation.
ART. 5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Please read this section carefully. This section limits City Tours Co, Ltd’s liability to the Customer. City Tours Co, Ltd’s liability for any damages caused by non-fulfillment and/or incorrect fulfillment of contract obligations shall be governed by the applicable international and UK laws and regulations referenced in art. 1 of these Terms and Conditions. In no case shall City Tours Co, Ltd's liability to the Customer exceed the limits set by these laws and regulations concerning damages. The intermediaries (Operators/Sellers) who make reservations through the Website www.citytours.travel act solely as intermediaries and are subject to the limits and conditions established by law. Under no circumstances shall City Tours Co, Ltd be liable for non-fulfillment caused by the Customer or arising from, or in any way connected with, unforeseen circumstances and force majeure. Furthermore, City Tours Co, Ltd shall not be liable for any damages or Services offered by unknown third parties, for Services not explicitly mentioned and included in the reservation, or resulting from, or in any way connected with, the Customer's own actions.
ART. 6 CLAIMS: Any non-fulfillment of this contract shall be promptly reported by Customers to City Tours Co, Ltd or to its representative to allow the fastest solution possible. Customers shall also file a written claim via registered mail with signed return receipt to City Tours Co, Ltd at Devonshire House, 582 Honeypot Lane, Stanmore, Middlesex, HA7 1JS, UK, no later than ten days after the date of the Service received.
ART. 7 CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation terms are specified for each product and vary for each activity. When not explicitly stated, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the date of the service: full refund;
- Cancellations made within 2 days prior to the date of the service: 50% refund;
- Cancellations made within 1 day prior to the date of the service: no refund. Late arrivals and no-shows: no refund.
- For cancellations directly or indirectly resulting from unforeseen circumstances and force majeure on the part of the Customer, City Tours Co, Ltd will provide a full refund.
ART. 8 AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS: These Terms and Conditions pertain to the Services purchased on the website www.citytours.travel, with the exception of any modifications listed and described for each single product that may specify different methods of cancellation or use of the Services, thus altering these Terms and Conditions.
ART. 9 JURISDICTION: The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the Terms and Conditions mentioned above.
